A: We usually ship the samples by DHL,UPS, Fedex or TNT. It normally takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are for option, if the goods are not in big volume, airline is recommended. We suggest shipping by sea if you are ordering in large quantities. We are willing to help you choose the best shipping way to make the biggest profit and also ensure the efficiency.

A: For E-Z-GO,CLUB CAR, and E-Merge, if you have parts code, please directly forward to us. We will check the code and confirm with you. If you don’t have codes, send us the picture or what cart these parts used on, we’ll check and get back to you with the details.
*Once all the specification or dimensions are confirmed, we’ll have a PI or contract to be signed to make it a formal order;
*Clients place deposit as contract agreed, we start to prepare goods according to the leading time;
